Lina, Jr. on December 22, 1951 in Masapang, Victoria, Laguna. ==Personal Life== He is married to Loretta Atienza, with whom he has six children. The Lina family is active in Catholic renewal movement. ==Educational life== Prior to finishing Law at the Top 10 of his Class in the University of the Philippines in 1979 and passing the Bar Exams in 1980.
